Beware bought a truck that the sales dept promised check engine light was repaired all the did id reset unit has been in and out of shop for months Ryder refused to do anything about even though the issue weas before purchase not a reputable dealer
The mechanic was great seemed to know his stuff. "BUT" The service manager was a snob called me a lier about what my truck was doing and was a extremely smart ass about it and had no problem what so ever putting this issue on the next shop I would be close to when it ran back out of coolant and I took pics and keep milage every time this issue happened. Sold me a truck Ryder Certified that needed $10k+ worth of work in under a year. Avoid at all costs.

No communication ability over there starting with the receptionist e going up to the sales guys the let the costumers wait outside the building in the cold an snow. thats funny you trying to spend approximately 40 K and you end up communicating with no one.
Liars and Thieves....Thats All that can be said. DO NOT Deal with these Crooks.
Delivery driver arrived outside agreed upon delivery window. Rude and incompetent customer service. Will not do business with companies that use this delivery service.
The absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. Ordered a few (quite expensive) mattresses to be delivered to a client's home. Once the order was delivered to MXD I received an email that they would call to schedule delivery. They never called so I finally attempted to call MXD. No one ever answers, it's always a hold and then after 4 minutes they no longer allow you to hold and force you to leave a message, which states they will call you back WITHIN 2 HOURS.
