I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a 2018 International box truck that we recently purchased. Shortly after the purchase, the truck broke down and has been in the repair shop for a total of 37 days. We have been trying unsuccessfully to discuss these issues with Ryder. The salesman who was very helpful and responsive before the purchase has now become completely unreachable. He does not return our calls or emails. What is with Ryder shops fix fuel pump s one time here DEF pump broke didn’t have the courtesy to carry jugs of DEF pull in to lane that’s says def lane fuel pumps don’t work this is a trucking company correct?
