My experience with Ryder has taught me that no matter what, always have a lawyer read before you sign, and if you don’t have one, get one before truck shopping. Usable to deliver due to road work that they were aware of before delivery. The person I dealt with pre delivery said they would unload and drive lawn mower to my property. The driver said no, he would unload but I had to come to their location and drive the lawn more back to my house. I am 85 yrs old and did not think it advisable to drive a riding lawn mower up a hill with large dump trucks and road building machinery in 91 degree temps. Will have to wait to see what they offer for delivery.
Bought 4 freightliner sprinters and 1 ford box truck over the last few years trucks are ready to work priced very well and service is great.
