Worst experience when buying a truck. I felt as if the unit they sold me was pushed onto me. I wanted a different unit but the salesperson Lorena said that there wasn’t a way to bring the unit down from Sacramento, even though it was a unit she offered. Truck was NOT DOT certified after sales person Lorena said it was.
