I drove from Kentucky to Birmingham,Alabama to look at a truck and was very disappointed in the customer service. When Allen found out about my experience he went above and beyond to get the truck to his Nashville location. He reaches out periodically and is always available if I need help with anything since I purchased the truck. I have recommended him to other people and I will go back to Allen when I need another truck.
I have been using Allen Cash out of Ryder in Nashville, TN for years for all of my day cab truck purchases. I have a small trucking company in SC and he always helps me find reliable trucks at a very fair price. If there’s ever an issue with a truck, he always follows it through to the end to make sure it’s resolved. I won’t shop with anyone else for my trucks and plan to use them as long as I’m in business.
Allen Cash is an excellent human being. He offers advice for buyers. So buyers will buy what they are looking for. Allen is a solve problem person. He finds the need of his customers and customers decide what to buy.
