I’m not even sure where to start with this review but here it goes… I went into Ryder’s Jewelers on 7/8 with the hopes of selling my engagement ring. It’s custom and an absolutely beautiful ring but it was dirty and damaged. The Jeweler Dana (don’t even get me started on this absolute gem of a human being, see what I did there ) then very honestly, which I appreciated, tells me that they would only be able to buy it for the price of the gold which would be a waste because it’s such a pretty ring. Went in to validate some stones in a few antique rings they even tightened the mount on one ring as stone was loose then Cleaned both pieces for free,!.staff couldn't be any more friendly. Definitely going back to replace a missing stone and to resize an old ring and get some appraisals. Don't waste your time at other big box stores. Ryder's has them beat by miles.
Highly recommend going to Ryder Jewelers! Had a great experience, decided to stop by since the diamond on my ring was loose, they immediately assisted me and Dana was able to get my ring checked, tighten the prongs, cleaned and polished! So grateful since my diamond could’ve fallen off, now it’s all clean and shiny!
I highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs. They are very talented and wonderful costumer service.
