This broker is truly terrible. They are unaware of the laws and are only in a rush to sell insurance. I clearly stated the items I wanted included in my policy and personally made sure each one was applied. However, there were legal matters the broker had no knowledge of, and I only found out about them after purchasing the policy and checking the regulations myself. They are very slow to respond.
