I recently worked with Marg at Ryder Insurance Brokerage to review and update my home insurance policy. I cannot recommend her enough. She was exceptionally helpful, patient, and thorough in explaining my coverage options and providing me the right policy to fit our needs and our budget. If it were possible to give a negative lower rating I would. Corey Maetche is as incompetent as they come. After requesting to stop the insurance policy, the request was not processed, and then I was told if I did not pay the $2200 for the policy they had already processed, it would impact my credit score. After discussing with them, I paid the $2200, and then requested again to cancel the policy, and have the remainder of the $2200 refunded to me.
