As a drywall contractor, I completed a job for Ryan back in August. It was a pretty big job with an invoice of over $13,000. He paid about half of the invoice and promised to pay the other half soon. He never said there was a problem with the work but admitted he underestimated the job. Instead of absorbing the mistake he made, he just decided not to pay and stopped answering my phone calls and messages. He previously didn't keep his word in small things but I didn't see him stiffing us like this.

We have scheduled a consultation for a bathroom remodel. They have never showed up and never called me back after I called to follow up and see what was wrong.

I used Ryder Homes for my kitchen remodel. I was quoted a price and received all these EXTRA charges when nothing changed from the original plan. Ryan did not have any explanations when I was able get a hold of him after many emails and voicemails. He also joked about how his reviews were from his friends. His wife was unorganized and I had to go through layouts multiple times with her. Terrible company. DO NOT USE THEM. If you do you will live my review. Work that is falling apart, $68,000 in extras. BEWARE

Ryan and his team completed a major renovation at our house which consisted of redoing and reconfiguring kitchen from ground up, adding a wall of French Doors from kitchen to deck, removing a wall between kitchen and family room, adding custom woodwork throughout house which included wainscoting in dining room, living room and stairwell, patching and changing color of hardwood throughout house and finally reconstructing 900 SFT deck with gazebo.
