They randomly kept changing my total up, one lady swear up and down she gave me my tour when it was this black lady who did, and they literally took my lease and just erased it out the system! I sign a lease and out the blue it just vanished! When ask what happen to it they said they already moved somebody in my place! The lady stay eating, that’s all she care about! The only cool one was the Latina lady!
Love my apartment, moved in sept 25 but on going issue is the trash. You'll see this everyday you come in and out of the complex. No one recycles so I hope they get rid of the recycling and put another green dumpster. Also hope they get cameras and can see when none residents are putting their trash in.
I’ve never had a more unsatisfactory experience with a property management company. This company is great at smoke and mirrors and sweeping issues under the rug. I was offered NDA’s in response to them deciding not to address issues. Please do not be blinded by the newer reviews as they have recently just acquired a whole new staff I hope the aim going forward is to actually address issues and not neglect avoid and ridicule instead. Melissa was very helpful when I was in the process of leasing an apartment, as soon as I filled out the application she immediately called and emailed me to let me know what was needed. Once I was approved she answered every question I had and even after moving in she has still been so helpful to me, thank you Melissa.
