I’ve been in constant communication with the police and the office in relation to the constant antagonizing and harassment I’ve been experiencing from the tenants above me. If giving negative stars was an option, i would have used it. Leasing agents are rude, there is dog poop absolutely everywhere. They constantly send out emails but ultimately no action is taken, and the residents know there will be no consequences. The leasing agents are deceiving, was told something and now that im moved out they are going back on their word and charging me extra for move out fees. The ladies are super unprofessional, i have been with this place 2 years and honestly it’s been a none stop battle with them you try to get past it but some other thing happens and when you ask them anything they give a snobby tone treat you as if you have no right to be talking to them, honestly the apartments are nice but the treatment you get is sub par

I cannot recommend Ryder Downs Apartments enough! From the moment I moved in, I have been so impressed by how welcoming and flexible the staff has been, especially Dianna, the property manager. She has been an absolute joy to work with, always going above and beyond to ensure I feel supported and comfortable.
