I have been having the mechanics at Ryder service my bikes for the the last 6 years. I took my 16 year old Seven in for an annual tuneup. The mechanics were great. In addition to doing the work that I requested, they identified a safety issue with my spokes due to the age of the wheel set. I did need to get new wheels because that particular wheel and spoke were no longer available. Knowing the bike is safe to ride and still in great condition gives me a piece of mind. The bike rides like it is brand new!
I highly recommend Paul and Karen at Ryder Bikes for their TLC service!
