Spent $407 and got the bike back in worse shape then when I brought it in. Can't seem to get any form of documentstion as to what I received for my $407! The delauder was replaced. Now shifters don't work and chain is skipping. Clearly asked to have CatsEye computer reset. Was not done Doesn't anyone check their work before texting customer that bike is supposedly ready? Went to several bike stores looking for E bikes. We settled on Ryder bikes In Sarasota Staff is extremely knowledgeable and so friendly. Price was the best also.
I known Paul at Ryder Bikes for almost 20 years. He always did me well and it’s a great bike shop. When I upgraded my E bike I got exactly what I was looking for. A new Momentum Vida E+. Everything was top notch. Karren helped me out and is fabulous. Thanks Paul and Karren. I love my new bike.
