I was using Ryder Bikes for more than 10 years. Bought multiple bikes. Has the best experience . Would not hesitate to recommend ride bike to anyone. Very professional shop.
The mechanic did a good job replacing the deteriorating segmented shift cable housing and rusty shift cable. Also replaced was the stretched out drive chain. They did it right. What a difference in shifting. Smooth, quiet and accurate. (Says my wife) However, I noticed the chain was priced at a 200% mark up. Also the labor was taxed. I’m not a believer in labor tax. Went in for service on 2 bikes not bought at their store. Jeff was fantastic as were the sales people. Very fair pricing and extremely timely service. I will definitely continue to use/buy from Ryder Bikes! PS. Jeff is very kind and patient with senior citizens with stupid questions. Thank you!
