Completely unprofessional business. Rude and inconsiderate. Called me a liar, when they lied about looking over the boat that was purchased. Was told that the whole boat was checked over but yet had constant issues and was accused of damaging it ourselves when I then am told that they do not check every piece of metal or item. So who’s the liar now! Will never recommend or purchase from again .
I purchased a used pontoon from Rydens, upon delivery the motor had an issue. They took it back and brought me a different pontoon to use while they fixed the issue. Great customer service!

Would not recommend and even a 1 star is too much, as they are very unprofessional and after two months of dealing with them it was enough to last a lifetime. There are so many other marine dealers that know how to treat their customers and Ryden’s you are just not one of them. I made a big mistake and regret ever buying a boat from you as I deserved better.
