Jay and Joe are both extrememly responsive and considerate while demonstrating a sincere desire to help the best they can. They graciously saved us from losing a day on the lake. Highly recommend. Tops!

I recently went into Ryden's for a oil filter/strainer for a 1991 Yamaha ProV 200. It is a small white inline filter on the aux. tank in the boat, not the main tank on the motor. It is a basic maintenance item. The arrogance at the counter and lack of interest to look up the specifics so I could purchase/order the part was surprising. They needed the block size (2.6 I found out in 30 seconds on Google when I left) to look up the part and since I did not know that and they would not look it up, they could not look up the part... read more
