The whole process was painless and the team at Rydell of Independence was great.
Service dept. efficient and courteous!
Great selection, priced well, not pushy
While we mostly have had a positive experience at Rydell Independence we will not be going back due to one of their service advisors. This person has been rude and condescending multiple times. During our last visit she was very condescending and was telling us that we did something to our vehicle that was untrue. I don't want to go into minute details, but let it suffice that Rydell has lost a repeat customer due to her unprofessional behavior. In talking to others it appears that we are not alone in our experience.
