Only came here to do my lease return but they were efficient and I was in and out wishing 20 minutes. Very friendly staff.
I’ve been coming here for about six years using the express maintenance lane. Communication was always a problem with additional services and when my car was ready. However, since the last time I was there - everything seems changed. They send a link to approve additional services and they now know my name when I walk in, so it seems personable. I love it!
Don’t let these guys touch your truck. Service advisor San Navar is a scammer who charged me for an oil change while doing warranty work to open my motor…. Said the oil change wasn’t part of warranty work. Now I got a wire from my steps hanging off my truck from their garbage work. Thanks for nothing!! Going to drive out to Valencia from now on….
