Always gets done right and fast communication from start to finish Fernando is great
At Rydell Chevrolet I worked with service rep Ken Moore and Corvette technician Donnie, and had the best experience with oil servicing and necessary warranty repairs on my 2024 Corvette Z06. Well I dont even know where to begin with the multiple issues I've had here. But the main reason why I'm giving Rydell service 1 star is because communication is TERRIBLE. My car has been with them for 3 days, no idea when they will even have a diagnosis for it. I was left with no rental car, no loaner, eventho their department is super backed up.
