I purchased 2 RAV4 from Ryde Toyota, West Ryde, NSW for my daughters - one in Jan 2023 and other on May 2023. Both had dashcam and sensors and other additional features which I have paid extra. As of today both ran for 4 kms as we use only local commuting within our suburbs. One of the car is giving so many issues with battery. It goes flat suddenly, called Toyota roadside assistance, they are hopeless, jump start and it runs for 3-4 days and again goes flat. Excellent customer service right from Sales; trade-in and vehicle delivery. The team at Ryde Jakub G and Andrew W went above and beyond to fulfill the commitment. New vehicles are hard to procure these days; however Jakub G provided great service and experience in my purchase. Keep up the good work!
Their service was so so , but it was convenient. However, today is the last straw. Only about six months ago, during a service, they said my battery needs replacing. So I said OK. Today, my car wouldn't start. NRMA came out and said it was the battery. They showed the report which said replace battery. I didn't accidently leave any lights on, but it was the battery that was given to me by Ryde Toyota that was bad.
