Under Warranty Examples say it all: Rear camera was to be replaced, came in with car after a looong time waiting and replacement camera was supplied to someone else. Passenger seat belt was to be replaced, came in with car after waiting for so loooong waiting and belt was replaced with the same faulty belt. I have a Subaru Impreza with a faulty tyre pressure warning light. The light never goes off even when it has been reset during service and all tyre pressures are correct. This has been happening for 2 years now. I went to Subaru in Gladesville to ask what they could do as the Subaru Impreza faulty low tyre pressure indication light is a well know and publicized fault within the motor vehicle service & repair industry. The serviceman suggested that I could pay $1,200 to have the trye pressure sensors and whole system replaced... read more
Dissapointing they no longer wash your car after service. Getting lazy while customer service falls.
