Disconnecting customers dashcams is not the kind of behavior I would expect from a professional and trustworthy service center. Whether you do this for the privacy of your mechanics, or perhaps you don't want video footage of them hooning in customer cars? First of all it isn’t clear where reception is. Secondly the front desk staff didn’t really have a clue how much the service would cost and rattled off some figure of over $700 for a basic service. Dropped off the car at 9am and told ready at 4pm, Having to walk 3km to the train station is not convenient. Upon return was told to pay $819 only to have to explain that it is capped priced servicing and the amount was $529.
