Use extreme caution when selecting this studio!! My 19 year old daughter was admitted to hospital 3 days ago after attending one class. She has an extreme case of Rhabdomyolysis. She is athletic and in shape but attended her first ever spin class here and 2 days later was in the Emergency Room. This particular medical facility has seen 3 cases from this studio and one of the nurses told us she attended one class and believes she also got Rhabdo. From outta town, popped in for a spin. Had a great time...the facility was great and the instructor was awsome. The class kicked my butt for sure!
I’ve been going to Ryde for 4 months and I have never had a bad experience. The environment is incredible, the staff is supper friendly and the instructors are very motivating with great music. I’ve been doing both spin and body classes, I HIGHLY recommend Ryde Studio for a great workout and a safe environment!
Love Ryde!!Couldn’t get through my week without it! Both spin & body classes are great, all the instructors are super motivating, and you get something different from each class. Such a fun community to be part of!
Ryde is an amazing place . Everyone is so friendly and energetic . It is such a positive place . I love coming to get my sweat on . Each class is challenging but so rewarding . Highly recommend this place
