From outta town, popped in for a spin. Had a great time...the facility was great and the instructor was awsome. The class kicked my butt for sure!
I’ve been going to Ryde for 4 months and I have never had a bad experience. The environment is incredible, the staff is supper friendly and the instructors are very motivating with great music. I’ve been doing both spin and body classes, I HIGHLY recommend Ryde Studio for a great workout and a safe environment!

Ryde is an amazing place . Everyone is so friendly and energetic . It is such a positive place . I love coming to get my sweat on . Each class is challenging but so rewarding . Highly recommend this place
The classes are challenging but fun, the instructors are motivational and very personable, the atmosphere is incredibly positive and the vibes are immaculate! I’ll be a monthly member for a very long time!!
