Very happy got our new MG in a very short time when we need a car so desperately. Nestor was so helpful & friendly in helping us to achieve this. Super bad experience and super regret getting car from this center. No one is responsible with the car i bought from here, keep kicking the ball to each others. Visited this center 3 times to fix my car, and never get it fixed properly. End up they told me they don't service MG car????? WTH It's not about you do or do not service MG. I bought car from you, then you need to give me the best solution or best way to get my car fixed. For example, recommend me a better workshop if you already knew that you can't fix. Called Service several time, no response, can't leave message nor can hold on the line.
On the 29th of June one of MG ryde’s employees “Nestor” dropped my new car off and went through tolls. I ended up getting the bill, I have spoken to a few people ant ryde and they all said they would talk to their manager about it that was early July. After numerous of emails and phone calls to Nestor and dean on my part neither one has responded. I have left my number numerous of times for a call back but no one has yet to call me. I am very very disgusted with the level of communication on MG part.
