Service Manager (Kevin) “Mazda’s will burn up to 8L of oil between service and this is normal.” Firstly look at all the other reviews naming and shaming Kevin the manager here, it’s atrocious that he’s a manager and has a history of behaving like this and that this dealership allows this kind of behaviour to flow from the top down. My overall experience, both with staff and pickup times, was thankfully excellent this time.
Superb customer service with a smile. They even provide an office space for you to work while your car is done.
Very poor customer service. So I changed to Artarmon Mazda which was much better.
