Worst experience ever at this service centre. Ryde Mazda says you get extended warranty if car is serviced in ryde Mazda showroom. So have been using this service centre for five years.. the 4th year took 6 hours to service and 5th year service I gave at 8am and car was returned at 4pm. With an infant at home I had to make arrangements for second half as I didn't expect delay. At 4 pm also they said the vacuum and wash are not done and if I want I can take the car without wash else I have to wait 30 more minutes. When checki... read more
