My overall experience, both with staff and timing, was thankfully very good.
Appalling, actually horrific customer service!!! I attended the service centre and asked if they had time to complete anchoring rear seat covers on a brand new car. They are genuine covers, the instructions state 10 min installation time. I clearly explained I only had 90 minutes until my next job. I was told it should be fine. After 40 minutes I asked if they had started and was assured they had. At an hour, I walked past the workshop and saw nobody was near my car. Worst experience ever at this service centre. Ryde Mazda says you get extended warranty if car is serviced in ryde Mazda showroom. So have been using this service centre for five years.. the 4th year took 6 hours to service and 5th year service I gave at 8am and car was returned at 4pm. With an infant at home I had to make arrangements for second half as I didn't expect delay. At 4 pm also they said the vacuum and wash are not done and if I want I can take the car without wash else I have to wait 30 more minutes. When checki... read more
