I called after an engine warning light appeared, concerned that continuing to drive could cause further damage. I asked whether I could bring the vehicle in for assessment. The service advisor, Skye advised that the next available appointment was Thursday, 22 October and there was nothing she could do to assist me. I found her response unacceptable and requested to speak with the manager. I was told Kevin was unavailable and would return my call. To date, I have received no callback. Great service from start to finish. The team were friendly, professional and kept me updated throughout the service. Everything was explained clearly and the car was ready on time. Would definitely recommend!
If you enjoy having your time and money wasted, please go to this business. They are a collection of incompetent technicians. My wife's car (that is a driving instructor's car) has been in THREE TIMRS to have a faulty audio system diagnosed. And they expect her to bring it in for a court time, to throw more crap at the wall to see what sticks. They refuse to replace the entire audio system (under warranty) and want to continue costing my wife time AND MONEY. Avoid these imbeciles like the plague.
