Highly recommend Mazda Ryde!! We had a superior experience with our purchase of 2025 Mazda cx-5. The car is in immaculate condition. Peter Lim was exceptional, informative, polite, very informative and explained car details and purchase requirements very clearly. He also accommodated our requested payment dates to suit our financial needs without any pressure. Worst experience ever at their service centre. Ryde Mazda says you get extended warranty if car is serviced in ryde Mazda service centre and bought at Ryde Mazda showroom. So have been using their service centre for five years.. the 4th year took 6 hours to service and 5th year service I gave at 8am and car was returned at 4pm. With an infant at home I had to make arrangements for second half as I didn't expect delay. They sold me a 4x4 that was only a 2 wheel drive. Disappointing Consumer Rights Experience.
