I had my cars first service done here on Friday and I was very impressed with the friendly staff and the way they looked after my car. Highly recommended 😊
Great experience this morning all thanks to Alex. Was due for the 1yr service and Alex questioned the need for it. He could see in the system I had already completed the 1yr so the log book didn't require a service until the 15month service. He also questioned why a brand new car was serviced for a full service on the 4 week check up. Place got waiting area where you can charge your laptop and do remote work. All in all, no complaints. Only thing is that you might need to mention that you need a pink slip even if you ticked this option when booking a service schedule.
I drop this review for what happened a few years back. Had a kia car shaking badly when driving. Took it to this place and after 1 day told me need to change water pump. And problem was not solved after it. Then called me again say it must be the alternator. I asked what about the water pump. They responded it was installed not possible to undo. Couldn't trust them. I then said no and took the car and they asked $1000 for water pump. So stupid and greedy! How dare they asked for money without fixing the problem. They didn't ... read more
My call to them was never successful, the longest waiting time was 20min then I gave up. Not sure what keeps them as busy as Centrelink
