I took my car 3 times to the service department all together 5 working days of my time they are really hopeless they can't find out the rattle issue absolutely incompetent. Please take your kia somewhereelse for service they absolutely sucks they keep telling me bring the car back for investigation but how long? Years and years very unprofessional enough said.
