Took Kia optima in for a product recall service, friendly service and job done in 30min. Amazing thanks guys
Disappointing experience took my Rio in for a warranty issue that my mechanic picked up regarding brake callipers the service centre told me the opposite to what my mechanic has told me , my mechanic has serviced the car since new very dissatisfied as they go on about the long warranty and it seems they do there best to avoid fixing issues.
Brand new Kia Sportage - 2022 - Sunroof never worked for more then 2 months at a time , multiple times taken in to get fixed and fault checked over 2 years , while not this service centers fault for issue , they treated me very nicely and looked after me even offering both years services waved as it was such a problem for me and work not being able to drive while in shop. The Manager Chris has the highest level of customer service and was a gent to deal with. Highly recommend Kia sight and reward his hard work.
