We had a great experience at Ryde Kia. Initially we went to browse the demo range that they had, but Usama's expertise and professionalism were very helpful in making our choice. We ended up buying a car and trading in our car seamlessly. The trade in offer was fair, and the process was simple. I picked up my car a couple days later. Overall, Usama and Chris made the entire experience easy and comfortable.

Kia was under renovation, so I went to Mazda to ask about financing. The finance manager there – an older Indian guy – had a terrible attitude. I don’t know why he was acting so arrogant. He claimed I had to make a payment first before they could even tell me the loan details, which makes no sense. It felt very dishonest and like he was trying to take advantage of customers. I picked up my Tasman from Ryde Kia yesterday. I’m incredibly happy because the car was delivered so quickly — I signed the contract last Saturday, and within just six days everything was completed, including the tow bar and window tint.
