Kia was under renovation, so I went to Mazda to ask about financing. The finance manager there – an older Indian guy – had a terrible attitude. I don’t know why he was acting so arrogant. He claimed I had to make a payment first before they could even tell me the loan details, which makes no sense. It felt very dishonest and like he was trying to take advantage of customers. Andrew at Ryde Kia was very knowledgeable helpful about their vehicles. Always informative and courteous and never pushy. Even days after the sale was completed, Ryde Kia was helpful and willing in assisting with car set-up protocols and further vehicle information queries. They took ample time liaising with me - never in a hurry. Highly appreciated and highly recommended.

After experiencing some pretty poor "take it or leave it" service at two other Kia dealerships, Ryde Kia was a breath of fresh air. In a market where dealers often feel they don’t need to negotiate because of high demand, the team here actually treated me like a valued customer. Disappointing experience buying a new car. Accounts woman charged me $100 surcharge for using my credit card. I then said I would pay cash instead & to reverse the transaction. I paid cash. She lied & said it was a bank charge. I followed up with the bank & had to do a disputed transaction. My credit card was stopped. It took 2 weeks to get a new card.
