Kia was under renovation, so I went to Mazda to ask about financing. The finance manager there – an older Indian guy – had a terrible attitude. I don’t know why he was acting so arrogant. He claimed I had to make a payment first before they could even tell me the loan details, which makes no sense. It felt very dishonest and like he was trying to take advantage of customers. Disappointing experience buying a new car. Accounts woman charged me $100 surcharge for using my credit card. I then said I would pay cash instead & to reverse the transaction. I paid cash. She lied & said it was a bank charge. I followed up with the bank & had to do a disputed transaction. My credit card was stopped. It took 2 weeks to get a new card.
