Extremely disappointing experience with Ryde Hyundai's service department. I’ve serviced my car here exclusively since purchasing it in 2020 and raised a persistent battery issue multiple times under warranty—only to have it dismissed. I later paid out of pocket to fix a loose wire that should’ve been picked up years ago. In June 2025, my car broke down just six months outside warranty. I was quoted $2,700 for a fuel pump replacement, which a qualified mechanic later fixed for $440. IHyundai’s service team gave false hope th... read more

First impressions from last Thursday 3/7 were largely positive and I was impressed by how this place appears to run like a well oiled machine. I was also impressed with their facilities and their processes and the pick up/drop off bays and the secure lockers for a/h pick up/ contactless drop off. Post-first visit: some minor issues arose since initial drop off but these were swiftly addressed by the service and repairs staff-Linda (customer service wise) and I was impressed. I’m never one to leave bad reviews, but the service here has been truly disappointing. I purchased my Tank 300 in 2023 with a 2-year free service package. Two weeks ago, I dropped my car off at 8am for a scheduled service and returned at 4pm, only to wait another 30 minutes — and then be told I had to pay $500. I explained that I had free servicing for two years, but the staff asked me to provide proof. Really??? Shouldn’t this information be in your system?
