Big thanks to Mohammed Saqar who helped me when I brought my car to service back in early August and Courtney, who answered my phone call today. They are professional, friendly and helpful. Have been trying to call to ask about the ETA of my parts ordered back in early August and been told that someone will give me a call to update me. Of course no one did but luckily Courtney had sorted it out today. Thanks again!

I brought in my work vehicle (van) for a repair. When I made an appointment they promised they would provide a replacement van. At drop-off, they told us they did not have a replacement van and would instead fix our van that same day. That afternoon I was told the van would not be ready but a replacement van would be available at 10am the next day.
