I didn't get as far as ordering any parts. It was a towbar and bike rack. Nothing special or out of the ordinary. The quote came back to me included 6 hours to fit a bike rack. The vendor who makes the bike rack website showed you could install it in 5 minutes. When I questioned why it was quoted for 6 hours, golden silence. Then nothing. If you want a challenge in your life, try and order a towbar from Hyundai. Ask for Zulinda. Good luck.
