This is my second time bringing my car to the Melrose Park Service Centre. My first visit was for a diagnosis, and they saved me thousands of dollars by correctly identifying an issue that two other places, including Ryde Subaru, had completely misdiagnosed. Very poor experience at Ryde Hyundai Service. Booked my i30N in for inspection after error codes came up, they fit me in quickly, but communication and service were terrible. Told I’d get a lift home, only to find the driver doesn’t start until 8am (my booking was at 7am). Later, when picking up the car, they couldn’t find my keys, gave confusing directions for pick-up, and despite me specifically asking not to wash my car, they washed it anyway, leaving micro scratches all over the paintwork.
