Amazing staff, amazing wait time. Never been so impressed with a hospital in my life
Noone ever has a 'great' experience at a hospital, either they're sick or a loved one is sick, but we had the best possible experience here at Ryde Hospital. My family member was admitted extremely promptly after being referred here by a local UCC, no wait in the waiting room, and was seen and admitted immediately after being triaged. The team caring for them was also exceptionally patient, kind and willing to explain things to ensure we had a comprehensive idea of what was happening. Recent experience with mum in ward 7 was nothing short of extraordinary. nurses, doctors and ward staff were very kind, considerate and supportive. The building is heritage and a construction zone for a new modern hospital.
I recently had a day surgery procedure at Ryde Hospital...The nurses and drs were fabulous..they were friendly and efficient. They put me at ease straight away. Also a mention to Rachel who contacted before the procedure and explained everything really well and sent all the relevant information that really helped in my preparation. Thankyou you guys are great!
Disgusting. Kicking a 90 year old lady out when she has nowhere to go. Not communicating. Needs to be investigated.
