Very friendly and attentive staff made my stay in the hospital as pleasant as it could be. Although the wait for test results was a little long, the staff recognised my condition very quickly and started treatment immediately giving relief from pain straight away.

I had a surgery 2 days back and I was extremely happy with the overall experience. Entire staff including nurses and doctors took very well care of me, explained everything in detail and all of them were very friendly. Hospital was clean & neat and had all right facilities.

We’re here via with ambulance and spent overnight in ED and got orthopedic surgery the day after on a Sunday. Everyone has been incredibly kind and caring throughout the process. The building is a little old but I see construction work being done so I hope the facilities improve.

Ill give 2 stars 1 for una who is a nurse in emergency department aswell as TOM he is the best ever. I basically walked out dismissed yhey dony know what my pain is from and they prefer I go westmead or see mg gp😂😂they kept me here for 12 hours in their duty of care only to be told idk whats going on buf i need to leave cause its packed and they need a bed whilst im in pain and in agonyyy. I didnt know hospitals dismissed people who are still in pain and the situation not figured out. Im upset I feel harshly dismissed ..

Amazing doctor’s and nurses, I had to take my mum few time to this amazing emergency hospital everyone is very friendly and respectful despite your culture or background. The nurses will go above and beyond to comfort and deliver best care for all patients.
