Purchased a new Chev ZR2 from this dealership. Best experience with buying a car from an interstate dealership. Kerim and Jae looked after me with everything.
If I could put the review with even not star then I would do. They so bad in everything customer service and also in servicing the vehicle. I got my brand new vehicle purchase it from this dealership and only they need to do the first check 1k it’s meant to be 1 hour check took them 5 hours and only driving the vehicle around the area only not even checking anything. Personally if I was a member of the public that had a choice where to service a vehicle I would choose almost literally anywhere else but here. I have not had this vehicle for about 2 years (Rego no longer even exists) and still get constantly bombarded with messages from them regarding servicing with them. Have called them and have done the Opt-Out link on the SMS message on multiple occasions yet the messages have just continued and continued (It is now with ACMA hoping they can resolve it because they seemingly can't act ... read more
One the worst dealership I have ever dealt with, Poor and lack of customer service They were very nice and sweet until i bought the car then every time i call they have been ignoring me . Once they sell me the car they don’t want to deal with me anymore even their cars had issues they denied it and gives you attitude They don’t even deserve 1 star .
