This one star review is for a recall experience, I was called up and booked in for my Chery's recall, turning up only to be gaslighted about how there is no recall or booking by every service advisor. Only to be later called up again by another service staff again that there is a recall and have to book me back in for another day. Wasted my time, and poor customer service experience. Chris treated my car with respect and did an excellent job with the servicing If the front counter could improve their system so that the correct name is matched with the correct rego and address that would be better.
