All staff and consumer representatives are welcoming, and very knowledgeable and skilled in the field of mental distress and health. They engage with you in order to offer help in times of distress while at the same time assisting you to foster your own independence. You are treated with dignity and respect no matter how much care and assistance you require. Especially management leads their teams and the centre with compassion and care.
