My partner had a disgusting experience at this place with racist, hostile, and malicious people. Accused and insisted she was suicidal despite her saying multiple times she was not. The lady knew she was an international student and said "this is not a third world country, psychiatrist appts are not free". Said her struggles were "not that bad" while also saying she would be "sent to a mental hospital" and that "my team will not accept you". All staff and consumer representatives are welcoming, and very knowledgeable and skilled in the field of mental distress and health. They engage with you in order to offer help in times of distress while at the same time assisting you to foster your own independence. You are treated with dignity and respect no matter how much care and assistance you require. Especially management leads their teams and the centre with compassion and care.
