If there was a rating of zero I would give it!! Not the place to go for service . Mower went in to change a starter cord which was replaced only to be told that this wasn’t the problem but was the motor . They still charged me for the starter cord which is ok but why did they not tell me it wasn’t worth it to fix in the first place rather than waste my money on a repair that didn’t work ? Haven’t been here yet but the staff was courteous on the phone and helped save time and a trip which otherwise would have wasted. Next time I’m Ryde I will stop by.
Fixed our Honda mower for $50 deposit and parts which was under $100 within under a week. Other places we called were charging double for a service and 2 week wait minimum. They also fix chain saws here. We had to quickly park on the laneway and one of the guys helped us fit the mower in the car too. Great friendly affordable service
Wish there was a decent mower store in Ryde. Have to travel to Rydalmere, Carlingford or North Rocks to get the service any shop wanting to sell something should provide! You know what, I really don't mind the extra travel time too if it saves me having to deal with this mob!
I see rude and "lies" posted by some on here but far from my experience. I found them to be more than helpful and polite and knowledgeable. Happy to do business again.
