Very disappointed with appointments made by people handling it. I received reminder email for my appointment but when I went there no appointment left. They said they have sent text but don’t have the courtesy to call 😌
Review reply: Blatant dishonesty in your reply. The option provided was 3 sessions per week or no treatment. I asked to book in for a subsequent session during the consult which was not accepted. High pressure sales tactics to sell ‘subscriptions’ of 3 sessions PER WEEK. I’ve just completed 10 incredible sessions at this practice, and I couldn’t be more grateful. In less than two months, both my leg pain and back pain have completely gone, which feels life-changing. Dr. Misha and Dr. Joe have been amazing throughout — their guidance, care, and expertise have made all the difference. Their treatment was okay and might be suitable to some people, but their generalised treatment plan actually aggravated my back pain. Staff are quite friendly, but they never return calls or respond to emails. Also the business has changed hands, so the old reviews are quite misleading and deceptive. Not sure if this is ethical or legal?
