This place is a big scam!! It’s all about money upfront. COMMENT: Advanced degenerative changes both hips And this was only x-rays results and this was not mentioned to us.!!! I went to this chiropractic clinic and was asked to have X-rays taken. After receiving the X-ray results, I was later told by another medical professional that the X-rays appeared to show significant issues with both of my hips, to the point where hip replacements may be necessary. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this practice. The handling of my phone call was extremely unprofessional. They hung up on me, and the practice did not show due diligence in contacting the imaging provider when necessary. I have visited several healthcare practices and have never experienced this level of poor communication or lack of follow-up. In my experience, practices are usually proactive in helping resolve these matters. I have decided not to return. I hope management takes this ... read more
I’ve had a really positive experience at Ryde Chiropractic, where I see Dr Chuck. He has been incredibly helpful in managing my lower back pain and has significantly reduced the pain I was experiencing running down my legs and into my feet.
