I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this practice. Communication with patients is very poor, especially when trying to get in contact with staff or request important documents. Responses are delayed or ignored, yet when payment or money is involved, communication suddenly becomes prompt and persistent. Professional communication should be consistent in all circumstances, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. Great service with Dr Joe, I had chronic pain and really needed help, they X-ray your back to identify the source of the problem, they also use a body scan to which highlights the muscles that are stressed, then you have three visits a week over a few weeks, then two visits per week, it takes time to correct poor posture, especially with all the sitting everywhere, and computer, easy to get a back back, now so much better, now its time to exercise and keep fit, and maintain good posture, Many grateful thank to Dr Joe and the... read more

---- edit in reply to comment--- I have no idea what you mean, but as requested: I left the practice because a) treatments were not personalised, b) Misha knew I had trauma to my neck and did a huge adjustment which made me cry and then LAUGHED about it, c) he then tried to sell me 3x sessions per week, when I was supposed to be going to *less* sessions after over 6 months of treatment. I made one appointment online via their special offer and within 20 hours I had received 8 texts and two calls on my mobile during business hours. Besides being ridiculously pushy, this kind of communication is a major turn off for me and many others. If you are a genuine clinic then act like a genuine clinic and only confirm an appointment once via email with all the details necessary. Their current system is like dealing with Temu and their marketing crap! I cancelled and will find somewhere else.
