Gustavo is the only reason I would give this place a 5 , however my experience from the person at the front desk is what is giving it a 4! She was not friendly or nice or welcoming what-so-ever. I’ve been to many MANY cycling studios across the country and usually everyone is so welcoming and accommodating, show you around the facility and to you bike for first timers at the studio, this place did not do that. I've been going to RYDE for a year now. Most of my cycling classes through ClassPass are with RYDE. I've enjoyed CJ's classes the most, he gets me pumped and never feels discouraging to newbies or criticize you for not wanting to do certain exercises. Unfortunately I'm taking off one star for a specific instructor, Gustavo. I wanted to really vibe with the class but there were some things that rubbed me the wrong way with him.
