I attended my first class with Jose at Ryde, and unfortunately, it was not the experience I was expecting. His teaching style simply was not the right fit for me, especially when compared with other instructors I have taken classes with. Great place for indoor cycling. Instructors are awesome with the class and music.
I had such a great experience at this studio and wanted to give a special thanks to the young lady up front. In the middle of class, I started feeling like I was going to pass out, and she immediately stepped in to help. She brought me water and electrolytes, checked on me, and even sat with me until I felt better. Now that’s going above and beyond for someone and I will most definitely be back, I rarely write reviews.
