Horrible service, my 2 year old was vomiting and had a fever at daycare and we were turned away because “the doctor” would get angry according to the unprofessional receptionist. Highly recommended going to the lovely doctor at Ermington.
Incredibly disappointed with service from receptionist Rita! She is very rude and does not listen to the enquiry to understand and help. No sense of urgency in serious matters and wasn’t helpful at all.
I do understand how delays with appointments occur and would usually be tolerant. But I had the first appointment of the morning with Dr Wong once. Another guy turned up and only 2 minutes before my slot Dr Wong instead invited him in for a consultation. The excessive waiting time is completely unreasonable and unacceptable. My appointment was scheduled for 11:45 AM. After waiting for 20 minutes, I inquired at reception. The receptionist stated she could do nothing because it was up to the doctor, and informed me I would need to wait *at least* another 20 minutes – potentially longer. I asked if she could check with the doctor regarding when they might be ready. I was told today by one of their GPs that in countries like mine (3rd world countries) they offer solutions to health problems which do not take you anywhere! I found the comment quite racist to be honest, commented back on it by saying that at least on these 3rd world countries the service is much better and you feel the GP really care about you!.......Everytime I come here to see one of them I get a default answer: your flu will go away by itself......poor customer service
