Dr. Tao, the receptionist and the nurse are nice and friendly there. Very happy with their service. Big thumbs up
Worst, 30 mins wait time with an appointment
Reception are more interested chatting amongst themselves than serving patients. It is unacceptable to book an appointment to be called only 5 mins prior that it needs to change. Then upon rescheduling still having to wait over half an hour in a room full of coughing people.
I cannot speak highly enough of Rydalmere Medical Centre and the incredible doctors there. From the moment you walk in, the staff make you feel genuinely welcomed, respected, and cared for. The professionalism, kindness, and compassion shown by the entire team is truly outstanding. The doctors take the time to actually listen, understand concerns properly, and explain everything clearly instead of rushing patients through.
