The 5 stars are for my salesman, Jermaine Gardner! Went over and beyond my expectations! Extremely knowledgeable and knows what his customers want. Again, Mr Make it Happen.... made it happen!! Appreciate the good people in this crazy world! Now, when the paperwork was getting bprepared, they said you (myself) have to do the taxes title yourself. I guess they didn't know how. Great service! My Camrys heated and cooled seats weren't working and they initially said it could take a couple of days, depending on what the issue was. I live in another town and needed a way to get home. I told them my issue and they got it done in about it 3 hours. Highly recommend!
Third trip scheduled to the service department for leaking a/c box. Trucks been in twice, 9 days in all. Called to confirm today. Asked about loaner since my defective 24 Tacoma will be there all day and some of us have to work. Immediately dismissed with “we don’t do that”. Not even a consideration of it. Not sure how my truck will be repaired. My F250 was there 5 weeks. Never moved. Should have known better.
Had the great experience of working with Mitch to get a Sienna and shipped to Texas. Absolutely recommend them. They were great, helpful, and quick!
