We moved from out of state and purchased a home in Danbury estates. Several items from our preclosing walkthrough and the inspection report that were all agreed to be completed still have not 7 months later and there is 0 communication. I do not reccomend purchasing from this builder if you’re looking for someone that has accountability for their craftsmanship.
