I'm a long term customer of this dealership from the days it was Rybrook Mini, however since the Sytner takeover my experiences here have been extremely disappointing and today was the final straw. I booked in for a simple seasonal health check by way of a waiting appointment at 9am. When I arrived the atmosphere was completely different. No showroom cars, just desks and floods of staff that looked like they'd moved over from BMW or something. Fantastic experience, Jo and Dan were lovely.
Couldn’t recommend Sytner Wolverhampton enough! Dan and Claire were amazing throughout the process and answered all of my questions promptly (and I had a lot of questions). I am an anxious driver therefore this was a huge decision for me and they didn’t push me into it and remained patient. The car was ready less than two weeks after ordering it and handover arranged straight away. The handover was also brilliant, Dan went through everything thoroughly!
