Disappointed. Spent £45k+ on a car a year ago. Already spent £500 on service with them this year for the service to be due again within 7 months. As a valued customer no alternatives offered. When I called I got told just bring it on and we can reset keys. When I got there they said they can’t reset I have to get service done. Waste of my journey
