My latest experience was excellent. everything from pre-booking the appt. in advance to handing the car over for the works, to picking up the car and the end of day. I was kept up to date with the estimated completion time and confirmation of work being carried out. and the complimentary wash n vac is always welcomed. thank you to all involved. keep up the great work.

Messed up my service history due to a late vehicle inspection and wouldn’t fix even after I explained I was out the country for 6 months and was not driving the vehicle YJ66 XZB
I never leave reviews however my experience over the last few months compelled me too! If i could leave 0 stars i would have, What an absolute shambles Wolverhampton Mini have turned into! The sad thing is i love Mini's but the thought of having to deal with such a horrendous dealership has stopped me from buying another.
Poor customer journey and service received throughout both my experiences with this dealer. Tried to make booking through the my BMW app, get all the way to the end having filled out all the admin, only to be met with an error saying to call the dealer. Go through all the info again to book, they tried to increase the price until challenged then it went back down.
