The service from enquiry to receiving the motorcycle was second to none. Raj Singh kept me informed every step of the way. His knowledge and professionalism made me feel I was in safe hands. As I part exchanged my motorcycle I felt I was given a fair deal as Raj did his best to find a truer valuation versus a local competitor. Would highly recommend this Sytner dealership. Traded in my Audi a6 for a 5 series and was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the salesman (Joven) who wasn’t pushy or trying to oversell the car and really helped me out with my part-exchange. Second time buying from a Sytner dealership and would certainly recommend any potential buyers to buy with confidence from this garage.
Have dealt with the Service Manager Samuel Keeling for around 18 months, excellent service on all interactions with Sam through the repairs of my vehicle and ongoing servicing. Sam is very informative and always goes the extra mile to help with any questions. 5 star service!
