Poor experience at Sytner Warwick BMW My BMW is still under warranty and I make monthly payments. One of my keys stopped working, so I visited Warwick BMW. The service advisor first said it wasn’t covered because I have two keys. Then the manager claimed keys are considered “accessories” and therefore not covered under warranty. When I asked them to open a warranty claim so I could follow up directly with BMW, the manager refused, saying he had “13 years of experience” and wouldn’t even submit one. Had to take me biking there due to it breaking down some leak by a bit wrong with it this Bmw D fix it very good very happy with them. Highly recommend them took the biking on the Thursday. Got it back on Tuesday morning even though it was ready Monday evening.
