I gave Ryland Specialist Cars a call as I needed to get my wheels balanced by a road force machine and this is one of the few garages in the area that has one. Unfortunately, I never got the chance to book my car in because apparently they "don't do Kias". Disappointing to be let down over a badge especially as it's not too dissimilar to some of the cars they sell (it's a Kia Stinger but they didn't even ask after hearing the name Kia). At least I was let down politely ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
First time dealing with Rylands, spoke to a part specialist Lee Jenkins - customer service spot on, very quick, informative and keeps the customer updated. Parts already ordered and paid for within a couple of hours. Keep up the good work.
After a lovely phone call, myself and my daughter went to look at the cars as she is obsessed with anything with four wheels! We were made to feel so welcome by everyone, especially Yasmin and Claire who made our time there really special. Thank you!
