Very good at selling you cars, not so good afterwards. Still waiting for a parcel shelf that was missing. Been sold a product I can't even use. Will definitely be going elsewhere next time

Very disappointed with my experience at Volvo Bolton. I travelled a long distance despite having serious health issues to place an order for a Motability car. No one greeted or acknowledged me, and the lady I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful. I even offered to wait to see a staff member, but she refused to assist and told me to look online for information. I’ve never been treated so poorly in a showroom.
