I am writing this review in relation to the service department in Sytner BMW Wolverhampton. The level of service has significantly deteriorated since it was taken over by Sytner . When it was Rybrook the service was better. I had taken my CT400GT in for a vibration issue along with a service & MOT. My Bike was also purchased brand new from here but when it was Rybrook.
