I moved in under my friends lease which at the time I didn’t know wasn’t in their terms however my “friend” assured me that the property manager Galina said it was okay as long as I paid the rent. After moving in I was texted and emailed almost everyday about a debt my friend owed that had nothing to do with me. Dealing with these people was a nightmare! Terrible management ! I contacted Galina about a unit I was interested in she seemed nice at first straight forward. I arrived at the building she was 30 minutes late. Im 8 months pregnant and still stood standing around waiting. She showed me the unit I was very much interested! Nice building nice unit! Neighbors seemed friendly as well. I was one of the first to apply and view. That same day I sent her my application. The best management, always in touch and ready to help. Nice apartments with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The people who wrote bad reviews most likely did not live here.
