Receptionist was very rude over the phone, I asked her if they take my insurance, her answer was I DONT KNOW!!!!!
I typically dread going to the dentist, but Dr. Ryba and his staff have completely turned this around. They have created a friendly, relaxing, and anxiety-free environment that puts me at ease. My hygienist, Serena, was extremely gentle and took her time explaining things in a way I could easily understand without any judgement. Dr. Ryba finished the exam by thoroughly reviewing everything with me and giving me plenty of time to ask questions. If you're looking for top-notch dental care in Cleveland, look no further!
