I tried to call and email Ryan for lawn mower blade sharpening service 3 times, got no answer on neither for 4 days. Ryan finally informed me 4 days later , he could do the service when he got back early the following week. When the next week rolled around I got no call backs, no e-mails back. I tried calling and texting 2 more times and got ignored . I have all emails , phone call attempts, and text attempts all saved with times. GPS directions are terrible. Drive past the American Inn and look straight ahead. GPS wants you to circle around looking for the street name.
Called to have some work done on our John Deere mower. Was told it would be picked up by the end of last week. Was blown off!!! Tried calling and our call was not returned! That's a week I could of found someone else to fix it!
Worked on our cub cadet riding mower. Picked it up, fixed a cold starting problem, and delivered it back promptly at a reasonable price. Easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend Ryan’s Repair. Will definitely use again.
