Julian Medina is one of the best mechanics I know! I followed him from another shop to RPM & trust him implicitly. Ryan, owner, and Miranda are also fantastic. Great shop that always does quality work.
Anyone I've recommended here has been happy with the work done. I do 99.9% of my own work but RPM is the only place I will go to when needing an alignment, which has been often with all my vehicle changes over the last decade plus.

What really stood out was the owner’s willingness to explain everything to me in detail. He took the time to walk me through what was needed and why, which meant a lot—I never felt like just another customer.
