We used Ryan's service for years, and that was due to his team being more attentive to customer needs back then. Over the years, his crews became less attentive, rushed work, damaged lawns, cut at the least suitable times (grass is low or wet) - and when these issues were brought to Ryan's attention, he failed to correct them. It would seem his service is now more focused on quantity of lawns that can be mowed in a week over quality.
