Beware. They brought none of the roots for all of the bushes that they moved in our garden. We found the remains of the roots in their original location. Ryan showed little remorse and offered me a $50 refund for the multi-thousand dollar agreement, not to mention the money it will take to replace them.

Wish I had read these reviews before. I was also fooled by the other reviews online. When I contacted this company to complain of damage his mowing team caused to our yard because they had used heavy equipment on soaked grass, his response was "sounds like you will be happier elsewhere" He didn't take responsibility for the sloppy work which now needs repair, nor did he try to make it right. Don't be fooled. Look elsewhere.

My husband and I hired Ryan's Landscaping to do some regrading of our yard due to their excellent reviews elsewhere online, and were left incredibly disappointed, felt accused, and largely insulted, not to mention multiple hundreds of dollars poorer. When we noticed that our sprinkler system wasn't functioning following the regrading, Ryan initially told us he would pay half of the cost for the visit of the sprinkler technicians.
