Ryan was great for awhile, I sent other people needing work to him then I had a problem with one of my cars after picking it up 2 weeks after promised. Then my Nissan needed brake work and it sat there for several months and I had to keep calling him, finally when I picked it up it was double the price he told me which I understand sometimes that happens but when I drove the car home it had the exact same problem when I brought it in. Don't take your car to this guy. Took my car in for an alignment and took him 2 weeks to get it back.Got the car back from him, turns out someone smashed my passenger window and stole some of my stuff. He repaired my window but never informed me about the break in when I went to pick up the car. Acted like nothing has ever happened . Waited a week until I saw my stuff missing and left over pieces of glass on the passenger seat and on floor. I called the shop at 6pm and had broken my locking lugnuts. I needed help to get the locking lugnuts off the car to be able to finish changing my tires. With a lot of other shops around closed, the owner told me to come by and had me gone in like 10 minutes. 10/10 service, also very knowledgeable
I started taking my honda to him like 8 years ago, he does great work and a good price. A couple years ago he charged me $600 for water pump and few other minor things when the second cheapest place was $1000. Clutch went out in my dodge truck and he was swampped and it took him a week to look at it, when he finally did, it turned out to be just the cable and he felt bad for taking to long and only charged us $25.
