Unbelievably happy with my experience here. When my steering wheel suddenly no longer turned my front wheels I knew i was in trouble at 5:45pm on a Saturday in a city i did not live. Ryan's Import answered my call, and told me to bring it in and got right to work. I was able to drive home that night and was shocked that he only charged me for an hour of labor. Texting me along the way with updates and even sent me hyper-links to a part he thought i should replace.
Great mechanic, best prices, gets to my stuff right away. I live in Moses Lake I recommend people all the time, I used to live in Spokane so if I have any major issues that's why I take my vehicles.
Ryan was great for awhile, I sent other people needing work to him then I had a problem with one of my cars after picking it up 2 weeks after promised. Then my Nissan needed brake work and it sat there for several months and I had to keep calling him, finally when I picked it up it was double the price he told me which I understand sometimes that happens but when I drove the car home it had the exact same problem when I brought it in. Don't take your car to this guy. Took my car in for an alignment and took him 2 weeks to get it back.Got the car back from him, turns out someone smashed my passenger window and stole some of my stuff. He repaired my window but never informed me about the break in when I went to pick up the car. Acted like nothing has ever happened . Waited a week until I saw my stuff missing and left over pieces of glass on the passenger seat and on floor.
