It's been more than year since this vendor/installer promised to follow up with a systems issue. I bought four new units based on his advice, but had a problem within weeks. As another former client mentioned here, he just stopped responding to texts and calls. The contractor who recommended Ryan's has apologized more than once. Meantime I have to reach out to other local companies, even for a simple checkup.

Ryan did an excellent job installing my gas fireplace and fixing the HVAC unit. He is a knowledgeable professional and I highly recommend him!!!

This guy Ryan, is a Joke! Very unprofessional. Gave him the deposit of half of the cost of the job. He came in and got my new furnace installed and got my heat working. Great! Said he would be back in a few days to finish with the new A/C unit, he was going on a long weekend to Vegas. Didn’t see him until almost a week later when he text me asking me for the other half of the money because he was out of money and couldn’t get my A/C unit.
