Extremely smooth Uhaul rental experience, much appreciated!
I stopped at Ryan’s before leaving town for a three hour drive home as my battery light was on and I wanted to make sure I’d make it home safely. They looked at my car right away, explained what was happening and gave me recommendations to make it home safely. I was able to make it home with no issues. At Ryan’s they were extremely kind, helpful and reassuring.
The nicest, most helpful folks I’ve been around in a long time. They helped me think through a tough and unexpected situation with my car. I am forever grateful for the patience, kindness, and car experience.
I brought my vehicle to Ryan’s Auto because it was sputtering at high speeds. After diagnosing it, they told us the issue was a tune-up. They replaced the spark plugs and a few other parts, and the check engine light turned off. The car ran fine for about one week. A week later, the exact same symptoms returned. When I contacted them again, I was told the issue required a “reset switch” that only the dealer could do.
