The quality of work is very poor and the repairs were incomplete. There were paint runs everywhere in the vehicle. The dealership agreed that this was poor work and the vehicle was refused. The truck was then repainted to correct the paint runs. Unfortunately, this continues to be an issue. In addition, overspray has affected the interior, screen and dashboard, due to inadequate protection during the paint jobs. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!
Absolutely horrible service. My truck has been in the shop for 3 months and has failed multiple inspections. The first problem was their poor repaint quality and now it’s their poor customer service as well as vehicle repairs. When preparing my truck for repainting they broke multiple panels and failed to take responsibility. When I called them about this issue they simply laughed and stated I was at fault then proceeded to hang up. If you are looking for any decent consumer service this is not the place.
Ryan was so helpful, answering all my questions. I highly recommend Ryan's Collision. My car looks better now than it did when it was new! Ryan and his team are awesome! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Thanks Ryan's.
I scheduled my car to come in to Ryan's after I had Damage done to the rear Quarter panel on the driver side as well as damage done to the door a little bit. Ryan came out and looked at it he was sure it could be fixed and the door. He also went around to the other side of the car and noticed that the other side rear was dented a bit he said it could have happened from a cart I could not tell he showed me both sides of the car and you can now tell that the lines where not right.
